Privacy and submissions
Updated: November 4, 2026
Information and purpose
We use information entered in early-access, contact and feedback forms, your email address (optional except for early-access registration), source category and device-width category to improve Task Weave, respond to inquiries and send requested availability updates. Project block names, notes and work data are not sent automatically.
Storage and destination
Submissions are stored in the Task Weave operator’s intake database. Cloudflare provides delivery and storage. Submissions are not published on this website. There are no third-party advertising trackers. Loading Google Fonts may involve a connection to Google.
Retention and deletion
Submissions are retained for up to 180 days in principle. Expired entries are removed during submission processing. You can delete your submission from its confirmation dialog before closing it. For later access or deletion requests, use the contact form and include your receipt ID and registered contact address. Requests are handled after verification.
Preventing abuse
Raw IP addresses are not stored with submissions. A short-lived identifier, hashed with a secret and an hourly bucket, is used to limit submission frequency. These identifiers expire within approximately two hours and are removed during submission processing. Infrastructure providers’ own communication logs are subject to their respective policies.
Please take care
Do not submit company secrets, passwords, API keys or other people’s personal information. Registration is not a purchase or paid subscription and does not start automatic billing. See the introduction page for pricing. Only your language and theme preferences are stored in the browser; form contents and deletion tokens are not persisted there.
